I teach an elevate group of 8th and 9th grade students and although they roll their eyes at some concepts covered (as we are only in chapter 2) they have all had success implementing these strategies in their writing and reading. The students are not always eager to work on certain aspects of the program but all beam when they get above 80% on their Library comprehension questions and I am happy to say this is the norm rather than the exception!
I had a student who was out on medical leave. Since the program is online he was able to continue with the program from his location and has continued to excel in the program.
