Reading Horizons Review: Marilyn Solberg

I don't consider Reading Horizons to be just for students.  It is a program which is very much needed by adult basic education teachers.  We are getting an increase of elementary-level readers in our programs, and if teachers are going to teach adults how to improve their reading, spelling, and writing skills, teachers absolutely need to know the information which Reading Horizon presents.  I think I've said this before, but I haven't run across anything that is better. Charlotte Lockhart really knew what she was doing.
