Reading Horizons Review: Joan Pierce

Reading Horizons materials are presented using all three modalities, so students are more easily engaged in the work. The materials can also be used by every class member. Three of the five emerging readers in my class demonstrate significant improvement in word regnition. One of my non-readers (who was very vocal about not needing an education) told me "Ms. Pierce, with the way I am going, I will actually like to read by the time I go home. I am really liking it."
