Reading Horizons Review: Ashley Miller

Tags: K-12 Intervention, Student Stories

I got the nicest phone call this morning. One of my student's grandmas went out of her way to call me from work this morning to tell me that she loves the way I have taught her granddaughter to phonetically decode words. Also, the books she bought for her that she couldn’t read, she is now able to read them independently. I think more credit should be given to Reading Horizons than me but those are the strategies I taught her…I feel I helped that student grow so much with reading!

***The review, above, references the award-winning Reading Horizons elementary reading curriculum taught in thousands of elementary schools around the U.S. Reading Horizons also creates and distributes a full range of reading curriculum including, but not limited to, a reading intervention program for struggling readers in grades 4-12, and an ELL reading program. ***
